We offer a convenient and hassle-free Home Try-On service which allows you to order up to 3 frames online to try on your child at home for 7 working days from receipt of goods. You should tick the Home Try-On option at checkout. Keep the frames you want and return the others, simple!
With our new GoCardless checkout you will only be billed for the frames you keep and the postage. No money will be taken upfront when placing your order.
When you decide to return the frames, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation email requesting a pre-paid postage label. We will email this across for you to print out and stick over the original address label of the package. You can then return the package at any post office or post box. Please ensure you post the package by the end of the next working day after receiving the pre-paid postage label or it will become void. We will not be able to resend another label. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us.

Enclose a copy of your original despatch note and invoice so we can identify your order. This offer applies to deliveries within UK only. Please make sure your frames are returned in a resaleable condition and inside it’s original case/plastic bag for a full refund. We will have to charge for any frames that come back used or damaged. If you choose to return the frames independently we will reimburse postage up to a second class recorded service within the UK.
