We offer a free worldwide delivery service if you spend over a certain amount (see table below). Orders must be made by 1pm Monday-Friday (GMT) to arrive by the estimated delivery times.

UK Delivery

Standard – our standard UK delivery normally takes 2-3 working days.  This is a recorded service and will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is at home to receive the package or you may wish to use your work address instead.

Express – we also offer a next working day express service within mainland UK only (excludes N. Ireland and Channel Islands).  If we receive your order after 1pm or over the weekend or a bank holiday then the goods will be sent out the next working day. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be emailed to you upon despatch.  Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 7:30 -18:30 (not on Saturdays or a bank holiday).


International Delivery

All international orders are shipped securely via DHL, UPS, Royal Mail International or an alternative third partner courier service in your country.  Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from despatch.  All deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be emailed to you upon despatch.  Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from despatch, dependent on the destination.

International Duties and Taxes
Please note that for international shipping outside of the UK the recipient is responsible for settling directly with Local Government Authorities or Carriers any Customs Duties and/or Taxes levied as a result of importing item(s) into that country.

Returns and Refunds 


How do I return an unwanted item?

It does not matter where you are in the world.  If you change your mind you have 7 working days from receipt of the goods in which to write to us at [email protected] with notice of the cancellation and to request a full refund.  Please ensure you place the product back in it’s original case and packaging, together with a copy of the dispatch note and invoice. The goods must be in a resaleable condition.

Will I receive a refund for delivery costs?

Yes!  If your frames are not suitable you can return them to us within 7 days and we will reimburse you in full including your initial delivery charge.  

For UK returns please email [email protected] for a free prepaid address label to stick onto your parcel and drop off at any post box or postoffice.

Unfortunately we are not yet able to issue free returns for non-UK purchases and all items are returned at the sender’s own risk. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us. Please ensure you therefore select a safe and trackable delivery service.

We will only refund postage costs in cases where the sunglasses we sent you were incorrect, damaged or faulty.


How do I return sale items?

Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt as above.

When will I receive a refund?

Refunds, where applicable will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned goods back onto the same card.  This refund will include sales taxes for all EU countries. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are non-refundable.
